DEBATE CAMP 2007

Was a great one especially doing the debate which was THBT MORE MONEY LEADS TO MORE FATS! well, the main subject was MS HIA!!! AMAZING! and i was judging the debate in my life for the first time! spent my time laughing as well as tracking while Priscilla was trying to play with my phone camera taking videos of the speakers and also the guest of honour, MS HIA! known to Fernando as Wan Ching! As a whole was a funfilled time and also we watched FACING THE GIANTS! really touching story as it talks about how we tackle the giants of fear in our lives! IF WE LOSE< WE PRAISE HIM!!! IF WE WIN, WE PRAISE HIM!!!! After the show, we had a debrief and it really spoke to me that we must work as a team and as one, win the debate! ALL OF YOU!!! GO WATCH THIS SHOW!!!!!

must well i say the whole process of the camp,
FIRST DAY!!!

Had a friendly SPA with NJC, kinda did well and obviously no results when there is a friendly debate! Cant believe it that i trained for 4.5 hours! AMAZXING!!! Well after that we went to Marina South for Bowling and i kinda owned all of them with a score of 382 for 3 games man! After bowling, we went for steamboat dinner at CHONG PANG where Priscilla, Xing Ya, Pavan, Ching Sheng and me did our talk show either through cooking and stuff! oh yes! THE VIDEOS WILL BE UP SOON! need to edit them because the phone camera has gone abit retard and a pinch of salt in it!

After went back to school to watch facing the giants then lights off! did not sleep because i could not! the STAGE was tough to sleep on especially in Ma Hia's classroom and yeah oooh, CHING SHENG LIFE STORY WAS AMAZING! some mysterious person of his life! well, he slept off as i wrote some things in my diary!

SECOND DAY!
Woke up, played captains ball with the CCA, had fun of course then went to dover for breakfast...oh myyyy, the teachers eat so little i just found out and then we went back to school for our funniest debat5e of all as earlier i said that MS Hia unknowkingly became the subject of the debate because of the word FAT! but there was a but n the debate so BUT...
Everything ended at 12 and we departed our ways so that ended it for debate camp!

Monday...
Went to make IC and stuff, the photo they took made me look like an immigrant i must say cause it was kinda edited by the photo thingy there at the immigration centeer..so to those who haven't make one, go to the proper places to take and not there.It is highly not recommendable to use that one!

Tuesday...
Went to school finally for CCA where it was the shortest session but we learnt quite alot from it as we did reflections of the Methodist cup 07, ARENA and SAID debates. Went with S2E people for lunch and went home after that to finish up my holiday assignments which is still currently half way through cause my schedule is so busy!

Wedesday...
One of the best days i had especially most of the day was spent with jamming with my band consisting of SET, Nat, Josh and Ernest! Great people who have the passion for music and songs! we did Always and forever after finding out that Nat could not sing Hosanna yet so we did always and forever and it turned out rocking with style...we also did the most famous song everyone would play if they did not know what to play which was one way and obviously you can tell that we did the song well too! =D PRAISE GOD!!! After that went to eat toast where the egg kinda tasted differently but it was still egg, maybe it was one of the shops in the Hospital! Thats not the point anyhoo..

Went home and received the email that i would not be going overseas for the S E A games as mine would be later so i guess it was kinda what i wanted to stay back at home and not go off unless it was necessary. But anyhoo, i would be going in the following years i suppose so! woohoo!!!
Went to watch AMAZAING RACE 12 on TV where i felt it was kinda challenging and really this shows almost exactly what we went through in OBS Brunei man... all the struggles, give-up sites, shouting and especially the Vulgarities part! haha...
but really the show shows different types of people in the way of how they handle problems and the good example was the couple and the brother and sisters, kinda forgotten their names but they were very co-ordinated in the things they did! really admired them but there were some who were working well but at the last point, they had a dispute like the Father and daughter but in the end, everytime theres a problem, out comes a solution and it cures everything!
one funny scene i really like was the part where they had to load petes into the baskets where they had to lead the donkey carrying them to a destination to receive their clue so there were these 2 groups who i think they pushed the donkey so much that it was so stubborn that it did not move. These 2 groups were kinda of the first few but the stubborn donkey made them became the last few. They tried to pull and push but the donkey didn't move. I must say donkeys are really stubborn!
well, in the end one of those teams came in last and were eliminated...kinda sad! they were good match for the race :(

Anyhoo that was all for this week!
So to the band, great session yesterday! I ENJOYED IT ALOT!

Hey everyone,

today was a slack day i think because went to meet Pritish in the morning for breakfast and waited for him below his block for almost 3o minutes for him to shower and change before heading to school....after 30 minutes and 47 seconds, we waited for the SMALL 92 bus to go to school...the bus was really small..go try sitting it! really coooool....


Well, after meeting the S2E peeps, went to sumo house for lunch and i treated Jun Rong and later after munching, we left to play Bowling at West Bowl, kinda played well...found out Jun ROng could play kinda well but he was good especially Pritish did well on the 2nd game and Sarah who ate my $4.70 played surprisingly well because she used so little energy and the balls just keeps on curving! AMAZING TACTICS!

After hanging out with them went to Ryan house and played Ghost Recon and some car game where he kept on taking photos of my socks and pictures of me for i did not know why he is doing so so don't ask why or else....

ARENAS!!!!

As you know one team was out of the ARENA but the other team made it through and we are greatly proud and happy for them! It consists of Robert, Xing Ya, Ching Sheng and Shaun! GREAT PEOPLE! although i'm not part of it but we still have a part to play to help the team cause we are all as a team together in this!

AS your should know that we have made it through the TV series so our efforts have paid us well and we thank GOD! He guided us through and we came in the HEAD and not the tail! Well, we are waiting for the next one to come and we will be ready to win the title! and also of course, the MOON's essence of chicken i think!
hahah... well, what else....
Had baberque with cell also and the food was good thanks to the cook obviously not me, but the rest!

TO sum it this weeek, it was a boring but entitled FUN week...going to compose songs for band and stuff so yeah, thats all for now!

Hey everyone....

sorry could not blog about the days because i have been busy with somethings to settle regarding so many stuff!

Well lets see the days starting from Monday!
Went to school for extended learning curriculum and spent the whole day in school!

Tuesday
it was the day i was made into this world 15 years ago and i got had my bashings 4 times by Jun Rong! 15 whacks in 4 sets if i'm not wrong! Also, got Taupok-ed twice and they banged me against the poles which didn't hurt at all because they had bad aiming skills! But in the end it was a fun day! Ended the day spending my time with my family for Dinner!

Wednesday
Last day of extended curriculum lessons and it was considered the last day of school so we were like wishing each others except those that had S2E because they had to stay in school for like to do self-study! well, i am not chosen so thats good because it sitting ducks in school studying which is kinda boring but fun sometimes!

Thursday
Today, went out this morning for my training and then went home and slacked creating the tune and music video for the Literature project i have to do for holiday assignments...

This is all for the days and i guess theres no video because there is no videos!
THanks guys especially Shaun for letting me join your and praise and worship GOD together as one in the band! Hope i'm in yet! hahah....

as i said there would be photos of the methodist cup debates and also the videos of the outings i had with some of the class members so here they are.









What happened today?

it rained and rained and because me and some friends with Pritish, Eduardo, Sarah and Danielle were at Escape Theme park, after 4 rides it rained so we waited but i left because i had other plans going on so i guess it was a waste of money for me and i think the rest are still there as i'm somewhere else! but who cares....the rain spoilt the whole day!
At least i got to see whats it was like although it was my first time going there! how amazing my childhood can be! at first i thought it would be a big place but it turned out to be a very small area so i guess there wont be another next time because i feel its nothing to do there! pretty boring you can say!

Tomorow is extended curriculum day 2 and it would be afull day in school so i guess its time to do some learning after some playful days!

Methodist Cup'07



Today was the most challenging day but in the end we won 1 debate and lost 2 debates to ACS(I) and ACS(Barker) but won GMSS! As expected! Each year we see GMSS and they seem to be improving slowly so i guess they will soon wins th but i feel its time for us to improve or something! well, we got into the Arena and the next auditions is next Saturday! so cheer us on!

Well, my voice is officially gone! i can say that because i spoke too much and strained my voice today so that means to cure it but some person told me to rink honey water so i am trying it out to see its wonders! Lets see the process...
Well I would like to end of by thanking my teamates today who are Shaun Tan, Xing Ya, Sheng Wei, Ching Sheng, Nathaniel, Pavan and many more(sorry i can't remember your if your name is not on...)

Today was tiring because morning we went to the Cage with the 3B soccer people and we played for 4 hours straight! Really tiring than we left for extended curriculum at school and we slept in the lessons. I played captains ball after although i was tired because since i had nothing to do so i wanted to tire myself out so i can sleep now which i dun think i can because i need to prepare for tomorow methodist debate cup! Pretty busy too because of the new speech but i feel great when i say it out! makes you feel like a lawyer!
Tomorow i will definitely lose my voice so i guess no voice for next week!

Hey people
Today i felt was a long day...time passed as slow as i was in OBS Brunei that time! However, i learnt alot today after school during DEBATE training with Nabil! Fantastic coach!
THW legalize performance enhancing drugs in sports
that is the motion for Methodist cup...looking forward with my team consisting of Ching Sheng, Xing Ya, Sheng Wei and Bertram and we hope we will achieve something great from it! Well, today training was quite intense because we were discussing the facts info and we managed to get everything done up so tomorow would be our speech set up for our case division for the debate!


Tomorow planning to go Marsche with some of my classmates!

Pritish/Debate/Sunday

Today is a Sunday...a day for amazement and a new week!
After going to church, went to meet Pritish and had lunch at Wheelock place and spent our money on NYDC! kinda better than the one at Holland! Along the way, we saw 3 beautiful and magnificent cars...the Chrysler, Lamboghini and Ferrari and there were like some girls and guys just sitting on the car, i mean what if they scratch the cars man!?!?! Ahhh it was beauty to see those cars!

After lunch we went home, and took the bus 7 and waited for 20 minutes for 75! Pritish kinda thought 75 had no services on Sunday! Weird guy but fun guy to be with! Planning to go cage this friday! anyone PM me or Pritish!

Yesterday was interclass and we all are injured or our body is tired! My body is all aching badly and madly so yeah! i need my sleep! also my voice is so soar thanks to the ARENA yesterday and this week each day there will be training from Monday because there is SAID debates and methodist cup this Saturday!

Interclass/Arena

Today was a HAPPY day for me from the start of the day to now at night...
Started of the day at school with Interclass games...was spoilt by the rain so Soccer was at the foyer, caps ball and frisbee in the hall! U have to say that it wasnt properly organized cause it was too small to play especially for the soccer players. However things took change for soccer, the rain stopped and the moved on to the field! PRitish played well with Thapana and Eduardo...
For captains ball, i managed to play for 1 match as defender, blocked all the inerscoring balls and in the end drawed with 3I, could have won because our players were not playing well i guess, last minute subs werent that helpful because of lack of time. However, we managed to play with 3D and 3E but from that onwards, i wanst able to play because SHAUN ELIJAH TAN was rushing me to go with him to macs at kap for brunch before our ARENA auditions at SIM.

So we changed to our blazer suits and left off to macs to eat then went to SIM to meet MS Hia and the rest. They were eating there too so we waited for them! Sheng Wei went to the wrong SIM man, and he was at Hwa Chong nearby SIM so we waited for him. When he arrived we went to register and take those photos you had to do and the admin stuff before we went into the waiting room.
it was our turn , so me, nathaniel and sheng wei entered and we met 3 judges and MARK GABRIEL was one of them and they gave us good remarks because we used no cards to speak and it was a GREAT PERFORMANCE! not bad for the start eh peeps...
I spoke as the first speaker for the motion YOUTHS BELOW 16 ARE NOT ALLOWED TO ACCESS SOCIAL NETWORKING WEBSITES and we were the OPPOSITION, speaking against the judges. WE were offered POIs but we felt they were easy to handle and it was simple. However, the camera was scary and the mic attached to us because they were recording us down plus we had to give an interview and it was really scary but amazing on the other hand!
RIght now, my throat is pain and i'm tired, preparing for the next competition on SAT for METHODIST CUP, and yeah hope we can win it!

Results 2

Today was quite of a challenge cause of receiving the MATHS results! i managed to attain E.Maths 64% (quite bad) and A.Maths 50% (right on the dot)
Anyway whatever it is, i give thanks because GOD helped me! i TRUSTED him and indeed he did the miracle....

Apart from that, it was debate debate debate, ARENA ARENA ARENA, Talk talk talk, Walk Walk Walk, Think Think Think, etc etc etc...
Managed to get my 2 minute speech on the dot and guess our team is ready and we are just 2 days away from Auditions...we really do want to get it! especially Ching Sheng, he and his chasings to do! (you get the point soon enough)

After debate, played caps ball and it was getting late so i cabbed home with Gabriel, Zi Jie and David! nice people to hang out with! Anyway the money came from me from KXN...feel really bad now cause i owe her an interest too so i guess its pay back time!


Apart from that, nothing much from the day! tomorow is long day too! perhaps at the cage.... or maybe on monday than!

2 more days to go people... lets do it well! This goes to DEBATE and 3B interclass-teams!

Hello everyone...

today was the day of the days of the days where we determine our fate! Nah...it is not that serious but i felt my grades weren't not good enough and indeed i think i can do better! But i give thanks to GOD for seeign me through today and the exams because whenever i faced problems, GOD guided me throughout the paper and i know i got it corrrect and yes i got it correct!

Today we received Physics, Chemistry, English, Literature and Music! Of all the results i think my music and Combines Sciences dould do better! Tomorow would be the maths so i'm looking forward to them! MATHS!!!

Interclass is approaching and ARENA auditions are also drawing nearer! ITS THIS SATURDAY!!!

morning will be in school for the games then afternoon going home to change into uniform and go to SIM for the auditions! REally excited! have been working with NAthaniel , SHeng Wei(Chilli Crab) and Joshua(never comes for training) and it has been great times working with them! brainstorming ideas and also Shaun for rebutting my points as i spoke! His a good guy!

Anyway this is all for the day i guess and theres more to come! making 3B video part 7 now still in need of more videos and photos so its in the status of COMING SOON!

ARENAS!

Today was basically training and it was also a fun day out with some friends...
After lunch at Holland went to FMSS(school la...) and trained for Saturday's auditions!

Bad news:
1. only can play for 2 games for inter-class
2.Tomorow is exam results

Well, the main aim is the arena auditions so results wont mean anything to me! WE are aiming to be in the finals man! on TV tooooo...
Working well with my team consisting of Shaun Tan(the SMS-er guy who takes peopl phone),
Ching Sheng(a.k.a SC), Sheng Wei(Tomato Chillit Crab),Nathaniel(Cool and fuzzy guy),Xing Ya(Tall and dunno what...),Joshua(Guy who doesn't come for training) and i can't think of the rest!
Cocah NAbil was great today...can see the excitement in him and yeah...GOOD COACH too!!!!

Well, tomoro is results day so yeah prepare my mind for some emotions to come forth! Anyway i trust god that he would do a miracle and perform the extraordinary cause iknow he was the one that guided me through the tests papers so GIVE THANKS!!!!

Hey people...you guys are busy enjoying yourselves while we people are busy preparing for ARENA which means these few things...

1.Misses Interclass games (by a few games)
2. Unable to go out with friends
3. Stuck on the computer for 25 hours each day!
4. Wasting my voice away
5. Preparing my speech for 2 minutes long
6. Researching over the encyclopaedias, websites, dictionaries and many more...

This are the effects..oh by the way if you don't know...the motion for the auditions of the Arena first rounds is YOUTH BELOW 16 SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO ACCESS SOCIAL NETWORKING WEBSITES!

Anyone who can help please let me know cause you see its tough to prepare for a 2 minutes speech especially when theres alot of things to say! 2 minutes is too short for us to speak!

Oh well, i'm feeling energetic and tomorow is Saturday, having to go school early morning for DEBATES WITH PRAWN HIA and then CELL later in the afternoon and SUnday at CHURCH, going to serve this week and FELLOWSHIp with the CELL more than before! many things to share to them!

Today was awesome at the CAGE at Kallang...
we had so much fun playing soccer on turf ground and it was although tiring, but we really bonded well and had lots of fun playing scoring goals....Ivan was amazing, Pritish, as good as ever, Eduardo, Marcus,Me, Thapana,Shawn playing our very best scorgin goals, defending and striking forward. Also our famouse goalkeepers, NAthaniel and Jun Rong, not forgetting our model DEXTER, getting a leg cramp the moment we finished the game! HE played well though.
Once we left the CAGE, walked to the road to get a cab, pretty easy to get one cause there were alot and Jun Rong, Nathaniel and Eduardo came along too. They were talking things that were not of the topic so i guess they were nonsensing about! (:


Well, that ended the day.

Hey people...
Today was one of the FUNNEST day ever. Finished E maths paper1 which i felt was pretty easy and of course MR Ho set it amazingly well and easily to be done!
People came out of the classroom shouting FINISH but in a different way of saying it! ( you know what i'm talking about!) and we waited till 11 to leave the school because of a booking we had at SEOUL GARDEN at 12 so we basically took our time and waited in the canteen, met up with the other people in the canteen and waited for time to pasty by while playing mini soccer in the canteen with Pritish, Joshua, Nathaniel and many more...

11 came and we boarded the bus and it was super hot till nathaniel had to ask the uncle to increase the speed of the air con and reduce the temperature! it was really hot at the back of the bus! hmm....i kinda spent my time on the bus thanking some of my friends for their encouragement and took some pictures on the bus! its amazing when you notice things on the bus like the brand of the speakers, seat brands, air con brands and many more "GOOD" brands!

We reached seoul garden and i cooked for my table of 4 while the rest had their chosen one to cook! HAd fun getting hit by the oil many time but the rest on the table were super scared of it so they were like YOU COOK LA! PRitish, Jessie and Maisie all took cover! it was funny because they were shot more times than me! MORAL: COOK! AFter everything, they asked for eggs because i made my own oyster omelette and it tasted good and the rest wanted it so i guess i was cooking eggs after eggs for them! AMAZING how eggs are being cooked so fast!

After seoul gardening, we went to PS with the gang of the best buddies i have! Pritish, Nathaniel and special guest IVAN! we spent our time waiting for some things to be ready and it was almost 1 hour of waiting so we waited walked around looking at birthday cards and also for me, looking at potential gifts for people for their birthday presents so next week when i pop over, i would just buy them and spent my money! After that, we left in the cab! NAthaniel is sure rich today man! ALthough he had loads of money, he was like still asking money for the cab becaue i paid 4 bucks and the rest did not pay so in the end, they paid! Along the way, we were having lots of fun in the cab laughing at each other and also the main idol....THAMPANA!!!

Its Gettin Over

HEY PEOPLE!

Exams are finishing up but we are not waiting for RESULTS day because some of us are expecting some grades to be good and BADDDDD... well, for me i received 1 IR for the whole exam because i was STUPIDDD! i mean really stupid because i had no pencil and had no choice but shade in BLACk PEN for my physics paper and today i got the IR because it was founded out that i done it in pen....argh! I dun think i can get A1 for PHysics alredy man after the IR! well, for the rest of the papers especially A maths and Chemistry and E maths, i think i wuould be able to do well cause i know i studied them well and also GOD gave me the wisdom and strength to do it! PRAISE!

WEll, i can't wait for the ARENA too although its going to be scary when it starts on 20 October... i mean its a 2 sided feeling! one side is really excite and the other side is really shy so what can i do?!?

sold off my IPOD to MR Ren today! he looked really happy after chasing me for almost 3 days...i hope he is happy with it! Basically its left with Emaths paper1 and music so i guess its time to get ready to finish them and ENJOYYYY!!!!

Many plans after exams already! JAmming sessions, polo, church, cell group and ARENA!!!!Looking forward to also the interclass also on 20OCt i think, and hope to have fun with the rest of the class through the games!

EXAMS!!!!

Hey people.
this week is really a long one especially with the exams and some slacking sessions after the exams with Pritish, Nathaniel and Eduardo. 3 guys whom are great buddies...

YES!!! its friday and its time for abit of slacking cause its left with EL2,CL2,Chemistry and E maths split into 2 days! well well well....this is wad exams are about!mugging and slacking?!?!?!

Well, i hope i could get good marks for literature and A.maths cause i felt i did well in them and yeah PHYSICS too so i can get to know Mr.Liew's birthday if i got A1 so i think i can do it!

What else.....oh yes PSPslim is coming to me and i'm gonna get one soon and selling away my older one and another ipod video so whoever wanna buy, PM or sms me at 91665763! all still good as new!


well this is all for now!looking forward to inter-class on 20 oct! BUT not the results day for the test papers! ahhhhhhhhh.....
